An administration fee of £100 plus VAT (being £120 in total) will be payable on application per property, per tenant: This fee includes the cost of credit checks, referencing including employment and landlords refer-ences, preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and protection and registration of your se-curity deposit. Please note that if you the applicant(s) withdraws from the application this fee will not be re-imbursed.
Guarantor Application Fee £75 plus VAT (being £90 in total) per tenant: Processing the application, associat-ed paperwork, credit checks and referencing.
Amendment Fee £50 plus VAT (being £60 in total): Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement
Renewal Fee £75 plus VAT (being £90 in total): Contract negotiation, extending contract on a renewed fixed term in respect of the property
Check Out Fee £50 plus VAT (being £60 in total): This fee is only relevant if an Inventory & Schedule of con-dition has been conducted at the property prior to the tenants moving in. It involves Hotspur Residential checking the condition of the property against the inventory upon the eventual termination or move out of tenants.
Lost security items £25 plus VAT (being £30 in total) plus item cost: Obtaining necessary permissions, sourc-ing providers and travel costs.
Out of Hours Services £25 plus VAT (being £30 in total) plus any actual costs incurred: Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate
